About the Products
Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
Gold and diamond items are sensitive and the weight of product may vary than the one on site, the changes and eligible bill will be intimated & settled before order acceptance.
All the Stones are Synthetic Lab Grown Gemstones, hence do not misinterpret them for natural gemstones. Our gemstones have no astrological effects and side effects.
About Prices & Taxes
All the Pricing is evaluated on current gold, diamond, and stone values. The taxes implied are established by Govt of India and Import Duties of respective country governments. Hence all the prices are subject to change without individual intimations. Keep yourself updated. In case of any typographical errors, correct pricing shall be updated upon accepting the order before delivery.
Intellectual Property
Every single Blencci logo, Designs, Model Pictures, Banners are registered property of Blencci / Navkkar Jewellers. Anyone using it for their personal promotions of every sort is a legal issue and will be sued, under Chandigarh jurisdiction.
About the Payments
By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final. For purchases above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card Number is mandatory. For all domestic shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs 2 lakhs, the customer will need to enter the PAN card number and upload copy of Pan card. Only upon PAN card uploading the order will proceed ahead to the payment page. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to receive the order.
For domestic orders, please use any of your valid Domestic / International credit/debit cards. Payments are received in INR and through safe payment gateways like instamojo, razorpay, etc. All the major international cards like Master Card, Visa Card, Amex, etc. are acceptable.

About the Order Processing
As you place the order, you are allowed 24 hrs for any modifications & cancellations. After 24 hrs all sales are final, and your order will be dispatched in next 24 hrs.
