CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

100% Cancellations, within 24 hrs of your purchase. You can cancel your entire order at no costs deducted. In case of 2 or more items ordered, you can cancel or modify any one order item, within 24 hrs of your initial purchase. On cancellation, for prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking) within 7 working days. The cancellations cannot be done after 24 hrs of order placement. It will be considered as sold.

Order Modifications

We allow our customers order modifications in terms of resizing, or cart additions & modifications for upto 24 hours.

30 Day Money Back policy

The customer service and satisfaction are important to us. Still in case of wrong sizes, wrong metal color or wrong stone colors, you may return us the order within 30 days. Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). Please make sure of notifying us within 7 days of receiving the wrong order. Do Not remove the attached tag or any of original packaging, bill & certificate. Once your returned item is received, and our Quality assurance Department verifies, the refund will be processed to your payment source within 7 working days.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all Blencci purchases within India. The product along with the original bill and diamond certificates, can be exchanged or buy-back for its current gold and diamond values.

Lifetime Exchange

The 100% of current gold and diamond value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges, discounts and govt taxes will be adjusted towards new purchases. This remains valid for a lifetime and can be used to purchase anything on our physical stores.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product for buyback, you get 100% of current gold and diamond values. As the quality assurance validates the product, the entire value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges, discounts and govt taxes will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Blencci or Navkkar Jewellers shall not be accepted for Buy Back. In case of loss of certificates and original bill document, the jewellery will not be accepted for Buy-Back. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.
